How do you position internal teams as innovative partners driving cutting edge patient, provider, and back office experiences in healthcare?
By creating a compelling story that clearly communicates what DSG does, values, and contributes as the innovative partner for Novant’s IT department and how that might adapt for different audiences needs.

The process
With a service-led approach, we conducted research with stakeholders and internal teams and strategic workshops. Our research identified opportunities for the stakeholders to co-create DSG’s purpose, offerings and aspirations and how they might leverage internal partnerships to lead the cutting edge in healthcare experiences. We then broke off and produced a modular artifacts that adapt to different audience needs.

The solution
Modular storytelling artifacts that clearly articulate the capabilities of the department, share the portfolio of work in place today, and provide a vision for effective solution delivery across Novant’s enterprise.

DSG now has the tools to be able to effectively tell their story, raise/award funding for future projects, and rapidly onboard teammates and other internal teams.
